This is the first of two images of the Golden Temple. I found the Temple a peaceful sanctuary, the people incredibly kind and inclusive, and the daily rituals both engaging and awe-inspiring. I arrived planning to stay for two days but became so engrossed with the temple and community that I stayed for two weeks.
